Presale orders
Some products are sold on presale before they are in stock. Presale orders are charged when you place them and have an estimated delivery window, shown on the product page and at checkout. You may cancel an unshipped presale order for a full refund. Our Shipping Policy explains delivery timing, delays and your options.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
If you choose a subscription, your order renews automatically until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the payment method you used at checkout, at the price and frequency shown when you subscribed. Your delivery frequency is based on your dog’s size and the pack you choose, for example a refill every 60 days.
You will not be charged for a renewal before your first presale order ships. Your next billing date is always shown in your account at thepawshealth.com/account.
You can skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account, or by contacting us at thepawshealth.com/pages/contact. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund a charge already processed; see our Refund Policy for refunds. If we change your subscription price, we will tell you before the change applies, and you can cancel before then.
Product use and health information
Colostrum Chews are a supplement for dogs, for supplemental use only in the labeled species. Follow the feeding directions on the label. These statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition in animals.
Information on our website is for general education and is not a substitute for advice from your veterinarian. Consult your veterinarian before use, especially if your dog is a puppy, pregnant or nursing, on medication, or has a known allergy. The chews contain milk (colostrum) and fish (salmon oil) and are made in a facility that processes other common allergens. Stop use and contact your veterinarian if your dog has an adverse reaction.
